Today I am going to share a most requested topic that how you can lose weight fast without any side effect. Today I will share a diet plant that helps you to reduce 12 Kg of weight in just 16 to 20 days. Yes you heard it right with this diet plan you can lose 12 to 15 kg in just 16 to 20 days.

Diet Plan:

Morning Drink

After awaking first of all prepare your morning drink,

How to make Morning Drink

Put the pan on heat & pore 1 litter water in it. Then add 2 tablespoons Cumin & boil for 10 mints & then take 1 glass from it & drink with empty stomach.

Breakfast

After 1 an hour of drinking Morning Drink Take your Breakfast. Take the breakfast on time & never ever missed your breakfast. You must have to take your breakfast in 8 AM to 9 AM. And do not take your breakfast after 9 AM

You can take multigrain chapatti with any vegetable you want & then you can take Tea or Coffee but without sugar

Mid-Morning Snack

Now it’s time for Mid-Morning Snack. If you feel hunger between breakfast & lunch then you can take Mid-Morning Snack. In Mid-Morning Snack you can take any seasonal fruit like apple, orange, banana, Peach etc.

Please keep in minds that don’t use fruit in evening because fruit have natural sugar/carbohydrates which is beneficial for you at this time so take fruit before lunch.

OR you can take 8 to 10 Nuts & 2 Walnuts.

Lunch

You must have to take your lunch in 1 PM to 2 PM. Please do not take your lunch after 2 PM

Lunch Recipe

Take

  • 2 Cucumber
  • 2 potatoes

Cut the Cucumber in medium pieces & grind the tomatoes. Put the pan on heat & add

  • a tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • a tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • ½ tablespoon salt

& then add the tomatoes paste that you prepare earlier & mix well then cover it for 5 mints

Then add pieces of Cucumber in it. Now add 1 glass of water in it & fry on heat for 5 mints.

Your lunch recipe is ready. Eat one medium bowl in lunch.

Evening Snack

Now it’s time for Evening Snack After lunch if you feel hunger you can take Evening Snack between 4 PM to 5 PM. In Evening Snack you can take any type of Green Tea, Please don’t add sugar in green tea.

Dinner

Now it’s time for Dinner. You must have to take your dinner between 7 PM to 8 PM. Please don’t take dinner after 8 PM. In Dinner we will take such a recipe that speedup your weight loss process.

Dinner Recipe

In Dinner you have to take Pumpkin soup

Take

  • 1/4 piece of pumpkin
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • ½ piece of onion
  • 6 piece of garlic

Cut the pumpkin in small pieces Chopped the ginger, onion & garlic in small pieces, Put the pan on heat & add a tablespoon oil

  • Now add the chopped the ginger, onion & garlic in it & fry for 6-7 mints
  • Now add the pieces of pumpkin
  • ½ tablespoon red chili
  • ½ tablespoon black paper powder
  • 1 Glass water

Cover the pan for 20 mints on medium heat

Now Use hand blender to mix it well

Take out in a bowl & add some drops of lemon & also add a little black paper powder. So your dinner recipe is ready. Take at-least one medium cup of soup in your dinner. Please don’t add any salt in it.

Night drink

Now it’s time for Night drink. You have to take Night drink between 9:30 PM to 10PM.

To prepare the Night drink put the pan on heat & add one glass of water & then add 2 medium sticks of Cinnamon & boil well for ten mints

Pore the water in a glass & add some drops of lemon in it.

Your Night drink is ready. Drink atleast one tea cup of this water.

Sleep time

Now it’s time for sleep. Go to bed & sleep for atleast 8 hours.
